Sam Ball
Sam grew up in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and spent most weekends at his family farm on the edge of Walton and Morgan County. After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2011 and marrying, Sam and his wife, Sarah, decided to make Madison their home.
In 2012, Sam received his real estate license and worked for 10 years with Madison Realty, Inc., assisting buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords with a variety of real estate needs. In December of 2021, Sam became a broker and started High Point Real Estate Group, LLC.
Sam has been a Madison Kiwanis member since 2012, where he has served as President and Secretary. Sam also serves on the CAT Board for the Ferst Foundation of Morgan County, as well as the Morgan County Primary School Governance Team.
Sam and Sarah have two children, Evie and James. The family attends Madison Methodist Church. When not working, Sam can be found spending time with family and friends, outside hunting and fishing, or with his dogs.
